Accroding to WTHR TV in Indianapolis, Enoch Vinegar, one of the four spot ops in the truss when the stage collapsed at the Indiana State fair, has been denied compensation from the $900,000 victim’s fund because the administrator of the fund has decreed that only people who were admitted to the hospital on the night of the crash can collect from the fund. According to the interview with WTHR, Vinegar was treated for six hours in the emergency room that night and then released. He has undergone knee surgery, is currently in a physical rehab program and is unable to work and has no insurance.
