The Taos Mountain Music Festival is a two-day outdoor festival situated at the base of Taos Ski Valley, surrounded by national forest with the beautiful backdrop of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. This two-day celebration in the mountains hosts an amazing weekend of music, entertainment, and family fun activities for all ages to enjoy

On August 20th & 21st SBG Productions producers of the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival and Taos Ski Valley Chamber of Commerce proudly present the 3rd Annual Taos Mountain Music festival.  Northern New Mexico’s music event of the summer features headliners Matisyahu, Railroad Earth, Ozomatli, and Leftover Salmon. Additional festival performances include Donna the Buffalo, Jackie Greene Duo, Afroman, Orgone, Dangermuffin, Langhorne Slim, Shannon McNally and Hot Sauce, Ryan McGarvey and Mariachi Luz de Luna.

Festival attendees can enjoy the festival’s marketplace, where they can shop for crafts from local artisans, enjoy craft beer from sponsor, Sierra Nevada, sample food from top area vendors and restaurants, and kids can enter the “Kidzone,” to go wild in the jumpy castle, get their faces painted, and play games all weekend long.

For the festival night owl, there will be late night music featured after the main stage both in Taos Ski Valley and in the festival campground. Langhorne Slim plays the Martini Tree Bar Saturday night and Shannon McNally and Hot Sauce and Colorado favorite Dangermuffin rock the festival campground both Friday and Saturday nights and is free to all campers when a camping pass is purchased.
